I'm wondering if anyone else ever experienced this problem, and why it might work fine for two days and then stop. I instructed her to uninstall, reinstall and reboot and I am awaiting the results. The second user was using the new client for two days before the problem occured. The first user to report the problem, unsinstalled, reinstalled and then restarted, and the problem went away. The problem also seems to be intermittent. I recently upgraded the client which is when this problem was first reported, however there were no changes to the form that uses the Crystal Reports component. I went through the whole merge module problem several months ago, so I know that Crystal Reports is being deployed properly. I have deployed the application to 30 or 40 users and most have no problem, however I have had two users recently report an error message when opening the form I use for printing which uses an embedded report document. I have an application built in VS2005, written in C#.
